- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging (including our signature satin-lined jewelry boxes)
- Items must include all tags, certificates, and protective coverings
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and due to the custom nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings (unless defective)
- Any jewelry that has been altered, resized, or customized after purchase
